I'm going to keep cleaning it manually and with it's own system. I pressed the "clean printhead" button again and I have some faint black ink letters instead of completely white paper where the text should be. I used an old dress shirt and tried to clean it really well. What is strange is that when I attempted to print the test page (and others afterward) the printer sounds like its working perfecting fine, printing sounds and all, but then the pages come out blank. I'm sure HP doesn't condone maneuvering a piece of cloth under the printhead because then they don't get any money from selling new printer heads or new printers/ they can't ensure that some people won't rip their printer apart in the process.Īnd yes, I noticed that the printhead looked like it should be removable, but was blocked. Place a document on the scanner glass and choose Copy option. Let’s first try and make a photocopy to determine whether the issue is with the printer or not. I was able to resolve the issue by maneuvering a dry cloth underneath where the printhead is located and "flossing" it. As you mentioned when you print from your printer it is printing blank pages. It's pretty ridiculous and doesn't make any sense. The quality of a printed document or photo is not as expected.

Manually clean the printheads, but for some bizarre reason the clearly removable ink cradle is blocked by a non removable cover. This document is for the HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Printer Series (C310). Open up the run command with the 'Windows Key + R' key combo. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device. In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. The worst of it is that the solution is readily available. In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers. Business PCs, Workstations and Point of Sale Systems.

I would suggest you follow the rest of the troubleshooting steps suggested in the previous post.
